This is a Royal Patrician, England teapot shaped bone china tea bag holder with a Christmas or holiday design of poinsettias.

The little teapot shaped dish is 3.5 inches high by 5 inches long, was made in 2008, is in excellent, mint unused condition and is no longer available as the pottery closed in 2009.

The specks are light from the camera, not paint flaws!
